With over 24 years of experience in government relations for Google, Meta (Facebook) and Procter & Gamble across six continents, Dionisis has a track record of building trusted, long-term relationships with stakeholders while driving impactful policy advocacy. Confident and approachable, he navigates crises effectively and leads complex negotiations with diverse, demanding stakeholders. Whether speaking in front of the cameras or working behind the scenes, Dionisis tackles challenges head-on and forges strategic partnerships with governments, academia, and NGOs
Julie Hamilton Kolokotsa: Consensus builder
Julie is a seasoned public policy professional with extensive experience in policy development, negotiations, and program management. She brings a hands-on global perspective and a proven history of leading complex multilateral initiatives while fostering long-term, trusted relationships to advance economic outcomes across Asia-Pacific and Europe. Holding a PhD in Public Policy and Governance, Julie leverages her analytical acumen and mastery of communication to build consensus, engage stakeholders, and drive meaningful change.
