Confident and approachable, he navigates crises effectively and leads complex negotiations with diverse, demanding stakeholders. Whether speaking in front of the cameras or working behind the scenes, Dionisis tackles challenges head-on and forges strategic partnerships with governments, academia, and NGOs
Julie Hamilton Kolokotsa: Consensus builder
Julie is a seasoned public policy professional with extensive experience in policy development, negotiation, and program management. Her career spans influential policy-making bodies in the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States, including the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), European Parliament, and U.S. Congress, as well as Fleishman-Hillard, a global strategic communications firm. She brings a hands-on international perspective and a proven ability to navigate complex policy environments, build trusted relationships, and advance collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Holding a PhD in Politics and Public Policy, Julie combines rigorous analysis with strategic communication to build consensus, engage stakeholders, and drive meaningful change.
